Dragon Bird Mirror
Dragon Bird Mirror

Apart from talking about red dwarf, I never thought I would use the word ouroboros. This mythical Dragon bird (head of a bird, body of a dragon) is eating its own tail, creating a never ending circle. This is where the ouroboros has to be mentioned.
The Ouroboros is an ancient, circular symbol of a serpent or dragon eating its own tail, representing concepts like eternity, cyclical renewal, self-creation, and the unity of all things (material and spiritual) in a continuous loop of destruction and rebirth.
The centre of the circle contains a mirror, the size of this mirror is approximately 15cm tall by 15cm wide, but is not circular due to the shape of the dragons body.
The whole piece measures 26cm across at the widest point, and 27cm tall at the tallest point. Made from a mixtures of blue / green glass, some of which has an iridescence. Finished with in black, to look like traditional stained glass, and set on a black chain.
When hanging choose a suitable fixing method for your home. A suction hook attached to a glass pane is not recommended for some of my items due to weight.
Less item specific, but nevertheless important information....
